3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use AbleSync
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account via LinkedIn OAuth or resume upload
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse the Service
• Remain inactive for extended periods

5. User Content and Resume Data

• You should review and verify all extracted information
• We are not liable for parsing inaccuracies

6.2 AI Application Filling

• Auto-generated applications are suggestions only
• You must review all applications before submission
• You are responsible for all submitted applications
• We do not guarantee job placement or interview opportunities

6.3 Matching Algorithm

• Job matches are based on our proprietary algorithm
• Match scores are estimates and not guarantees
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of match scores

7. LinkedIn Integration

• LinkedIn sign-in is subject to LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• We only access data you authorize through LinkedIn OAuth
• You can revoke LinkedIn access at any time
• We are not responsible for changes to LinkedIn's API or policies

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Spam or harass other users or employers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect user data without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

9. Intellectual Property

• You may not use our trademarks without permission
• Our algorithms and software are proprietary

9.2 Your License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use your content to provide and improve the Service
• Process your resume and profile data with AI
• Generate job matches and applications
• Analyze usage data to improve our algorithms

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Job placement or employment outcomes

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or opportunities
• Damages exceeding $100 USD
• Issues with third-party services (LinkedIn, employers)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUMNER INNOVATIVE SOFTWARE from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or submit
